In-home measurements
Free, in-home measurements allows the customer options. It will take approximately three hours, this includes driving to and from the customers location, measuring for material, and buliding the estimate into our system for customer reference.
Installation team
All of our installers have been employed at Quality Carpets for approximately 20+ years with a combined 125+ years of experience. Our installers are totally committed to delivering a positive customer experience. To our installers, this is not just a job, this is their career, it's their name and reputation on every job.Most residential jobs will be completed in a day. Depending on the size and scope of the job, it may require multiple days. We are happy to share references with our customers upon request.
Shop at home
We offer Shop At Home. This allows the customer to shop in the convenience of their home. They can view their selections in their home with their lighting, colors, and décor.
Floor finishing
We offer a professional and top quality refinishing service to our customers. This allows you to keep the floors that you love. We will bring them back to life and give you the look that you have always dreamed of.Refinishing floors is many times is a personal preference. How often may depend on have much wear-and -tear the floors have experienced or it may that you just want a change.
Binding
We offer Poly-Binding. We do offer custom binding and the process time depends on the individual job. All binding is done in-house
Interior design consultation
Gwen, our inside sales person provides Interior Design Consultation. She has been offering this service for 13 years. Working with her allows the customer to personalize their job.
